What to expect
When booking with us, we aim to provide a simple and helpful process to make your holiday as easy as possible.
On arrival, one of our staff will be there to greet you and welcome you into the chalet. With all their local knowledge, they can give you the best tips for Morzine and the Portes du Soleil.
We will be on hand to answer any questions during your stay and help you get everything you need booked for your holiday.
Everything will be ready for your arrival, beds made to your request, fireplace will be ready to be lit and wine ready for you to start the holiday off right.
The chalets have comfortable lounges with plenty of space for you to relax and they also have UK TV and Apple TV with Netflix for you to unwind with at the end of a great day on the hill.
When booking into one of our catered chalets, you will be welcomed with a freshly baked cake and promising aromas from the kitchen – what more could you ask for after a day on the mountain!
Pre-dinner appetisers will be served and a well stocked honesty bar will see you through until dinner. Dinners are tasty and wholesome, served with unlimited wine and beer during dinner and followed by a well earned dessert.
