12 Week Training Plans
Are you training for a big sportive, a gran fondo like our local Morzine Haut-Chablais, Etape du Tour or the Marmotte, but you’re not surrounded by mountains? Fear not, our resident cycling coach Chris from Pedal Performance Coaching has produced a range of 12 week training plans that all of our guests can access.
Just book yourself onto one of our weeks and let us know if you’d like to sign up to one of our training plans. Each plan is designed to help you get the most from your week with us, giving you tips on good technique, nutrition and recovery. Drag and drop your daily ‘workouts’ to fit your schedule & the details will be emailed to you each morning using online software Training Peaks (see below). Our coach Chris will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
Training Peaks is a free online platform for athletes & delivers personalised training plans direct to your email account each morning, helping you to maximise your training time. Plug in your Garmin or other GPS device & upload your data files. Synchronise with Garmin Connect or write some notes using the free app for Android or Apple. If you already have a Training Peaks account, connect to my coaching account & send me an email to get started.
Each 12 week plan costs just £80 and will give you all the tools you need to train for your Gran Fondo and help you to enjoy your week with 45 Degrees North.
